Title: Time-reversal breaking and the theory of the gap in underdoped cuprates

Abstract: The results of an experiment designed to look for a proposed Time-reversal breaking state in the Cuprates ending at a Quantum Critical point will be discussed togather with a theory of the gap in the underdoped phase. The origin of the gap is a (Pomeranchuk) singularity of the Fermi-surface.
